BVL letter without medical, with AIP

Hi everyone,
Please can somebody guide me please, is it a good sign if I have AIP received on 14th September, got BVL (correspondence letter) by 25 November without updating Medical status, medical was not asked by them, I provided upfront medical on 23rd November- 2020, I applied in the month of July through Non-SDS route (Pakistan)

Stay positive. I hope they update it at moment they send you passport request. At this stage, you can only hope for the decision. You could ask for a GCMS note earlier to see what's going on with your application. However, if you ask it now, it won't be any help as you will get your decision sooner than the note comes. Stay positive and hope for the best.

Hi! Sorry to barge in but my case is opposite of yours. Applied on July, deffered to Jan before getting any updates, got medical request but no AIP. I am worried.Completed bio on 20th Nov. TIA
