I see what you are trying to ask. Hospital uploads your medical results in a portal, when you submit your application along with the medical letter provided, there is a team in IRCC who goes through your application, review and then link it to your profile if all clear. Thats when it shows medical passed. It is taking quite some time lately as it is a manual process, so all we can do is wait.
