Buying Any property in Quebec

Hi Everyone,
My current status in Canada is PR and I have also applied for my citizenship and I am thinking about buying a property in Gatineau Quebec and I work in Ontario as I work from home. Are there going to be any issues with my citizenship application as I can’t speak French at all and also my wife has applied for her Spousal application as well. Can someone please guide me???

If your residence is in Gatineau, you have to deal with immigration Quebec at some point when you sponsor your wife to Canada. Otherwise you only need to deal with IRCC.

As already said your wife will need to get csq but other than the extra time to get CSQ no issue. The only potential issue is if OHIP cracks down on Quebec citizens using the healthcare on the Ontario side. RAMQ pays a lot less and takes a long time to reimburse so there may be pressure not not take on regular patients just emergencies or consultations.
