I am a Pakistani citizen. I have applied for business visitor application 6 weeks back and application is still pending in a background check.

Can you advise me an exact time frame for a background check?

Actually, I have booked the exhibition stall in Vancouver and exhibition is held on dated 25-26 June 2018.

No one can guess how long it will take .. time estimate on cic web site its just estimate actual time can me much more / less if its already six weeks mostly probably you will get answer in 2 weeks .. for pakistan applicants they runs Background checks which takes much longer as third parties are involved .. still you can send CSE if estimated time have already passed

I submitted my visa application with my brother's and my brother got visa approval within 2 weeks but I did not yet. I have a valid visa for USA and UK.

What should I do?

You cant do much wait for 2 weeks ..you will get decision inshallah
