Business visit visa rejected

Hello friend,
I applied for my business visit visa on 24th of May, today I got a rejection letter. My rejection issue is that last year USA business visit visa refused is not mentioned in Canada business visit form. I thought its a different countries and my agent who fill my form he never ask me this question too.
Bryaan, please help me what if I reapply again with new application. Is there any chances to get visa..

You must declare all past refusals in visa applications. Failure to do so is misrepresentation. It doesn't matter if an agent completed the application for you. You are responsible for ensuring all information in the application is accurate. You can certainly reapply provided CIC didn't issue a misrepresentation finding and give you a ban. Make sure you declare all past visa refusals this time.

Thanks for your kind information scylla, I appreciate. Scylla is there any chances if I reapply. I heard that once we got rejected they will not see our file properly. Please suggest..
