Hi
my name is Alex I applied for a business visa to attend a trade mission to Canada and got refused on the grounds:
*I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada.
*I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in coming to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.
*I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
*I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
I disagree to all the stated reason and will like to know if I can write a letter to respond to the decision they took and if possible appeal to it.
When I made the application I provided them with all the necessary documents to support my application as they requested.
I provided the my personal Bank statement and company statement, my own company document, letter from other company I work for, Letter from my company as well, my property documents, Marriage certificate, children birth cert, company income tax clearance cert, Hotel reservation and ticket itinerary showing my returned date. I also provided them with my travel experience stamps and visas expired and current US B1 visa with 4 years expiration, in all my travels I have never overstayed in any of my stay, so I don't understand the reason of refusal. and will like help to settle this or to clear the doubt or assumption they had on me.
any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Regards
Alex
