Need help for a couple of questions related to OO LMIA

1. Do we need a business plan professionally written by experts for OO LMIA process?
2. How much time does this process take to conclude?
3. Do we need to face any interview ( virtual) with an immigration officer to discuss the proposal?
4. Is Management consulting a good business idea for OO LMIA?

1) A well written business plan is key to this program.
2) you submit applciation and fee is deducted with 2 days, and then you wait for interview which can take upto 4 months (some applications qualify for 10 days processing, don't ask me how and why)
3) There is a telephonic interview with the officer who will approve or deny OO LMIA request.
4) No idea but i know for a fact, a lot businesses do not qualify for this program so do your research before you put a lot of time and energy into it.

2. Right now, taking about 3-4 months. 10 day processing is no longer available due to COVID.
4. Not a fantastic idea because unless you are able to show job creation capabilities
