Business incubator competition for Startup Visa

Hello all.

I am currently working on my mobile vision app, and was wondering if a Canadian business incubator would accept me as part of their start-up visa program.

Does anybody know what the competition is like for these things? Any info in general about these schemes would be much appreciated; information is scarce out there!
