Business- Entrepreneur Background- HR(NOC Code)

Hi All,

I'm confused about the details for my NOC code. I believe I fall under the HR codes- 1223, 1121, and 0112 (Showing gradual growth) and the most recent being 4021 (Trainer).

I'm currently working with a Business School as a trainer. (Full time job). However prior to this job I ran a business of recruitments in Mumbai. I owned a franchise unit of a UK based recruitment firm.

My query:
Since my business was in recruitment and I was the Director, can I use the code 0112?

im in the same boat. i was going to pick 0015 earlier as i was the business owner but im downgrading to be on the safer side to 0621 and 0125
