Business card of supervisor for CHC

Hi ,

I got the service letter from my boss. But unfortunately he does not have a business card. CHC asks for a business card. Is this a must?

Can I submit docs wuthout attaching this?
The reference letter is on company letter head and the letter contains his contact number. Would this do ?

yes that will be fine and if you are worried about it just attach an explanation letter saying that your employers does not have any business card but he can be contacted on this ........... number or alternatively get a letter from employer saying the same.

If you're close to your boss and he doesn't want to spend money on a business card, you can offer to pay for it

Since all required info is on letter head, do not worry about business card.
Business card is good to have but not having one will not have a negative impact on your application

As per Visa office instructions -Yes

But in my case I have not provided the reference letter for my spouse. I have just provided her contract letter and relieving letter

My assumption is since you do not claim points for spouse experience, supporting documentation should be enough rather than arranging entire documentation as requested by CHC
