i think its should be in POSITIVE.

Could you please tell me when ur employer verification happened and what sought of questions asked, also please advise "was that happended during status recd by VO or when ur status changed to in process.

If it happened post status change to in process, after how many days actually they done this activity.

first of all,i don't had any job verification.
i had 'in process' status since 15.03.10.

i had forein trvl history of 9 yrs.

luckily, today status changed to 'decision made'
