Hi Guys! I had given up on the wait but my e-cas finally updated.
We sent you a notice on November 19, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on December 7, 2015 at 10:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment.
My time line is as follows:
Received: Feb 18th, 2015
AOR: March 12th, 2015
Started Processing: June 1st, 2015
LOT: June 5th, 2015
Notification for Test: September 4th, 2015
Test: September 22nd, 2015 (Scarborough Office)
DM: September 23rd, 2015
Notification for Oath: November 19th, 2015
Oath: December 7th, 2015
I have not received the physical letter yet. I'm hoping it'll come in today or tomorrow.
Praying for everyone who is still waiting and my heartiest congratulations to everyone who already received their oath dates and those who have completed the entire process!

Congratz. I got my test of 22 oct. So based on your timeline, hopefully somewhere around in one month I should get a notification.

Living in Downtown Toronto.
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 6, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 13, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 5, 2015.
Your file was transferred to the office responsible for your area on June 15, 2015. The office responsible for your area will contact you.
It`s taking a long time isn`t it?

I can't say it is because the offices are busy, I see people in same office having exam and they applied after me,
So is it random background check? It is just a case some files being left out on some ones desk?
Either way, CIC is the worst office in this country,

I have got the notice to take the oath on the 17th of Dec. I wrote the test on the 24th of Nov and the letter was send on Dec 4th and got delivered today on the 7th.
