In process means that your application is transferred to your local office and your local office has started processing your application! So you will not see"transferred to local office" line... Just wait for test day... Good luck.

Good luck that you all are in process. I am not even 'in process' yet and from GTA. My application received 2015 March 27. On April 14 ecas wrote that I shall receive acknowledgement receipt and I never got it. On phone they always told that application has been received, no answer about process and also they told that I should be patient till March 2016. Let's see who gets what and in how much time.

it seems like all the GTA applicants are stuck on "In Process" Stage.

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 17, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 31, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 17, 2015.

I am a fellow Toronto (midtown/North York) applicant.

Application received: April 15
AOR: May 12
In Process: July 6

And waiting 8)

Also a quick note.

In my Citizenship application I had paid $75 extra just to be on the safer side. I got my $75 refund today from the CIC.
That is kind of a sign that things are moving forward and the application is actually in process? Maybe?

My application has been 'In Process' since July 6.
