Hello, people who made bulk or huge deposit amount of money on their accounts before applying for a study permit and proved its source...do the visa officer ask you again your bank statement after a period of time since you applied to prove him that you still have the money in your account?

What I have read about is VOs asking for additional evidence to support where the money came from (in case they were not satisfied with the evidence provided).
Also, I've read about VOs sometimes asking for the current account statements at the Port of Entry to make sure you still fulfill the funds requirement. So the funds should be available at your account when you arrive at Canada.
