Hi everyone,

I've been searching the forum and not found any answers yet..

I would like to apply for the CEC visa as a Shift Manager at Burger King. The code for this is 6212, on the 2006 list, which is 'skilled'. But on the 2011 list it is 6311! -Not skilled! :(

Has anyone managed to get their PR under this job title with the 2006 code recently? Or would it be rejected in favor of the 2011 one.

Thanks

Immigration checks the noc from 2011. If your noc in 2011 is 6311 you can still apply as Skill Level B.

Note: CIC assesses jobs against the 2011 version of the NOC.

The skill level category is… when the second digit is…
Skill level A 0 or 1
Skill level B 2 or 3
Skill level C 4 or 5
Skill level D 6 or 7

Hey hannah, second digit 3 is noc b, you can apply
