yes, if i were you i would inform them of any changes immediately. i think this notice will make CIC to open your file and note the changes, who knows maybe it accelerate processing of your time too :)

As bongcan correctly mentioned, it is super easy for CIC to find out everything about us, so it is better we inform them first. they don't like it when applicants hide information (intentionally or unintentionally).

Its very long waiting no news since medical and POF request in April 18, 2012. Application filed May 13, 2010.
What I can do?
I donot know any thing about my file expect ecase shows "In Process" since april 2012. Suffering from long wait, completed my studies.

But when I follow their instruction on email and click on the link for RPRF payment it displays .

Not Found

The requested URL /epay/welcome.do was not found on this server.

Did anybody face this problem ?

My link was not working either so I just went to cic.gc.ca and from there I followed payment links and I paid my RPRF...

even i also saw one more In Process added in my file.
my time line is also same like you, applied under FSW and did medical in march 2013.

Application is going from april 2010, but atleast got MR now..:-)
