They do explicitly ask the orignial police certificate from RCMP, the forms, RPRF and T4 of last year. I am living in Canada now.

Where are you living now? outside Canada?

Dear I got rejection due to my AOR
Coz my company got amalgamate with another existing company ,
Under same employer but my immigration officer cut my 15 points
And my points table reached to 64
But I got still offer letter from my new company also but
Immigration officer did not accepted it .
More over immigration officer does not know meaning of amalgamation
So I applied for reconsideration
I had more than 3 year experience but they just gave me 1 year experience point
I got all my proof of job and salary and income tax returns from India and Aus
So waiting for their reply
Other wise I ll go to federal court
Coz I paid my landing fees and I did medical 18 months ago
They gave me 79 points but after16 month they deducted my 15 points

That's disappointing! I really wish you all the very best with your reconsideration request. Some Immigration officers are just mean, well I guess they have to - given nature of their job but they end up jeopardizing immigrants spirit and motivation to work in their country. But I sincerely hope they consider your request, God willing they will.

Actually, I dont understand why they eventually reduce your points by 15. Whether is it because you are not working there any more now?

BTW, I sent all the requested doucments yesterday and they were signed for my CPP-O today.

Excellent. I don't have the line. I think your doctor submitted your medical results electronically. My doctor said my file cannot be sent electronically (because it is not in their system yet or something) so they will send it by Fedex.

Now they have your medical result, it is time for PPR. We hold our breath!

•Document update Request IMM5669 “Schedule A” and pay of RPRF on April 09, 2013

•Passport Request on 10 May 2013 (14 send from Mexico (DHL) 16 arrive in NY)
