Trick,

So when did u did your medicals I just did mine on march 4th and received by office on 22nd. Like what was the duration between your medicals and passport request.

Thanks,

ANUJ

Gap between medical and passport request was approximately 9 to 10 months.I would say in May 2012 I got medical request.

Hello all,

Is here anybody, who recently was asked to submit the updated proof of settlement funds, and received their PPR? Just want to have a rough idea of timeline after submission of updated docs.
Thank you

CyTric

I got am email also from Pilot-OTT last Feb 27 2013 asking for same + COE (cert of employment) I sent them first week of March and up to now I haven't heard anything from them. Before that I requested for CAIPS, and seen in there that they requested that said documents Feb. 15 2013.. So if someone has the same timeline with us, kindly share your experience/timeline.

I have a weid question:

I recently got my PPR and i have been living in Canada as a Federal skilled worker.
My question is, that instead of doing flagpoling on the US- Canada border, can i goto my home country( india)and come back and do my landing process or do i have to do the flagpoling only since i already live in Canada.

Please advise.

Thanks

all you have to do is exit the country and then re enter it doesn't matter where you go but you have to enter before the date that they say in the instructions they send you with the visa
mine was 30 days and my pr card arrived close to 40 days after that

Hi Xzhgry,

I am in Canada. They requested current proof of funds details and updated generic forms. I think we are cursed FSW3 applicants. I am not sure why FSW3 category getting delayed. Thanks

Regards
RD

It seems that you are probably right based on the feedback of some FSW3 applicants here. I am a FSW3 applicants as well, even didn't get MR. Hopefully, they won't really delay our applications.

Guys,
I need some advice here, I have been asked to submit some updated forms, for adding my daughter born last year. OTT had asked me to submit all requested documents as scanned copies. They also asked me to submit 4 photos of my child. Can I send digital photo as an attachment in the email ? do I need to fill all the details on the below requested forms or just my daughter's details?

- Updated IMM0008 Application for Permanent Residence in Canada to be completed by the Principal Applicant

- A completed and signed IMM5406 Additional Family Information by the Principal Applicant

Thanks for your response.

I don't think they will accept the digital photos. Also, if I were you I would gave them the fully filled forms.

Hi Buddy,

we are in the same boat. There is actually very few member here still waiting for Medicals. I have sent them inquiry lately. However, they just tell me that I am in the queue to wait for an officer to review my case. I really don't know how they are dealing with the backlog.
