It appears Ottawa is getting more responsible: I e-mailed them regarding my file and I got a response in 25 minutes - Can you beat that? Though nothing has really happened to my file except for background/RCMP checks since the last time, at least their swift response was impressive. To add that they even sounded very polite and apologetic.

I see that Ottawa requested you to send them updated forms and evidence of settlement funds etc.
Could you please let me know when did Ottawa received your updates forms etc.

The reason I am asking is that Ottawa asked me to submit the same kind of forms etc. a couple of weeks ago.

I was asked to submit personal history since my application date i.e may 2011 to till now.
the personal hisotry that tells you where you are working and the details..
I sent them that there is no update as I am still working for the same employer and told them that I took one month vacation and visited back home...

after two weeks they sent me PPR.....
