just look at this non-sense excuse:
"Since 2008, CIC has issued a series of ministerial instructions to attract applications that meet changing labour market conditions. The first set of instructions were broad, and attracted more applications than were anticipated or required. CIC attempts to balance the need to process both these older applications and newer ones that may better reflect current market needs. As a result processing times are longer for some of the older applications. We anticipate all applications received between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 will be processed by fall 2014, allowing CIC to move to a faster, more flexible system"

working freaking backwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we cannot expect more .

Matt dude..... don't expect anything out of this stupid FSW, they are just fooling people who have already waited for 3 yrs with job offers, this is a hopeless situation now as we haven't reached medicals yet, my suggestion is apply some other category as someday they will again wake up and say ohh!!! now we need to cancel all pre june 2010 application as they are stale dated.....this is freaking ripoff my CIC...I WANT MY MONEY AND TIME BACK!!!!!!!

Finally we Landed
the plan was to spend the night at Lethbridge but couldn't wait so Drove down to Coutts Ab
process was easy and fast maybe cause of the time 2030
the immigration Officers on the Us side were like they always are ....
then we were escorted to the Canadian side where we got a Sweet nice canadian officer that acted like they are happy to welcome us

this will be my last post on this forum I wish all the Backlog cases get solved soon

Dear All can someone help me answer my queries regarding this it says on my ecas the following but it doesnt shows that they have received my medical. I have done my medical last April 2012. My query is that am I a pre june 2010 or not? Here is my ecas

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on July 28, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 14, 2012.

To be honest it will come eventually... They changed immigration categories many times depending on their demands. The more we think about it the more will be suffered. Right now i have no option rather than waiting n hoping ....

It was very slow...looks like they are either doing some upgrade to the website or many people are connected at the same time.

I think they are working as it is month end so they can think the pay they got is for the hard work (sleeping/snoring) done in Jan
