Something I've noticed(I might be completely wrong),the PNP guys stopped receiving PPR's.I sincerely hope that they don't rotate us with PNP,CEC and Family applications.

please share your suggestion that how long it can take.
do any one has same timeline..?
and i will appreciate that..

Hey jec2010,

your time line is almost same to mine. It means that your file is reviewed on Dec 2011 by officer and you are positively selected. You are at background check now. As soon as they get your clearance, they will send medical and soon after PPR.

Have you done medical? If not, your case is also similar to mine. My file is reviewed on November 2011 and since then I am in background check. No medical!

good luck!

Willem I don't think they rotate PNP, CEC or FSW. They most likely have separate divisions for each category. Different officers. Remember that FSW is their biggest inventory and most complicated cases. Since PNP and CEC are ppl inside the Canada with very straight forward applications. But FSW are ppl from different backgrounds and work experiences.

The reason FSW goes slow is because ratio of number of applicant/CIC man force is huge for FSW, I guess.
