no I only asked about my case but common sense says the 2011 should be done before the end of 2013

Common sense does not agree with Canada immigration my friend. I know one of my friend and they took damn 7 years to reject his file. again he filed application and recently he moved to Montreal.

I applied January 2011 look how long it is taking them to process my application.

Yes, you can do that. when I filled the form there was a question about whom you are representing.
ask your relative to find his local MP from the link and send a mail first to the mail id.
they definitely reply...

So they have told me my MP that I've been selected and no interview required! Great that's something I didn't know already!!

They also said they have asked me for a police clearance! Yes, you did and I sent you that document 2.5 months ago and emailed you several times that I wasn't sure if my file is in ottawa or not. just write me a single damn line that you have I my file. So now they don't have it and they also didn't cash my RPRF money order. I guess they have no idea what a long process it is to get a police clearance and now it's lost?

This is the most inefficient system that I have seen in Canada in the past 5 years. And the sad part is that I'm choosing to be treated like this.

yes dear i moved to india after medical and submit landing fees
hopefully this september we get sum kind of news
