Hi BongCan...Following is what I see on ecas.
BTW yesterday my address had disappeared. However, I see my address again today....WEIRD.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 4, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 23, 2012.

i am a silent follower of this thread. my file was reviewed on november 2011 and since then i am in b/c. i have not done my medical yet. in interview officer told me u will be in b/c and after ur b/c received we will send out MR and soon after PPR. here is my timeline

IP: Feb 2011
Interview: Oct 2011

well i am from iran and b/c for iranians usually takes longer than usual. reason for interview was my previous job experiences. they wanted to know about my detail job description etc. Why it took so long? dunno.

You can call CIC 1-888-242‑2100. They could change the address for you. Good luck with your application!

Hi,

For applications in Buffalo, CIC call center can not make changes, they can only view changes made by BVO. To make changes, you can either send CSE or email or fax. In my case, I did all 3, and got response from BVO in 24hrs, but ecas took some time to update.

Hi Shiv,

I saw someone on the other forum said CIC can only change application address (outside Canada) for Buffalo. And I did call them and the guy changed it for me. Of course, if you can get in touch with them by all means, that would be great!

Thanks nm423 and avarava23. From what I have seen so far, once they add the line "We have reviewed your application and started processing on " usually you shall get some document request or medical request.
