It seems finally Buffalo is sending out lots of good news.
We got a letter a week a go where they requested additional documents and yesterda WE GOT MR .
So excited.

Hope to hear more good news from everybody and soon for all that we are landed immigrants.

in Asia they are telling people to pay RPRF with MR.

Have any Buffalo applicants received requests for state police clearance? I have read in some forums that Buffalo VO may request for 'State certificates' in addition to the FBI clearance.???

I've even seen differences here where they asked to pay same time as MR is requested. Anyway in following the timelines of other Buffalo applicants, looks like we should expect this step also very soon.

Your timeline looks similar, cross fingers for you that you get your MR soon too.

The RPRF can be paid at any time you can send the cheque with your full documents
I sent it in 2 weeks before i received the medicals and the medical cover letter said that please send the landing fees if i havent done so So it doesnt matter when you do it

If you have the money now send it and that way is one less thing to worry about

It seems that you got ME pretty fast right after yours is In Process. Did you fall into FSW2 when you applied FSW?? And what kind of documents have they requested??

I guess you also could get your ME soon after you application are in process. Maybe you will got it quite soon.

figured I should read more carefully. Yes they actually stated in the letter to pay RFPR if not done yet.

Can you explain how you paid. We live already in Canada and Buffalo excepts only Bank draft, Money order or cashier cheque. I like to do Bank draft.

So what to do excactly? Print name on the back and where do we note our case number and how to send it to Buffalo? Courier?

Thanks yes it was fast. We are FSW 2 and living here already. They have asked us to give them our tax notice. Just certified copy of it.

I live in canada as well and what i did is i went to my bank and requested a bank draft for cad$ 980 to receiver general of canada and i sent it to the fort erie address

I did this one week before they asked for my meds so i included the updated work permits and a cover letter

The cheque has my name on it and my file number is on the cover letter i have been advise in the past not to write on the cheques (dont really know why) but i just dont
