Yes you can. main applicant Can get PPR for every one. You need passports, two photos for each person, copy of PPR email. For landing every person should show up at the border. Don't forget proof of fund. You need it for landing. POF can be a letter of you employee or your bank account.
I did every thing in one day. It's quite easy. Keep it mind you can go to Buffalo only on Tuesday or Thursday

2- Currently, I have a study permit and my wife cannot accompany me to the US. Can I "NOT" land as an immigrant upon my arrival in Toronto after I get the immigration visa and do the landing some time later (with my wife)?

1: if you are main applicant you don't need any reperezentative form for your wife
2: you can land at Toronto airport upon your arrival and your wife can land at any border later. It is not a must to land toghether. The only point is that the main applicant should land first.
3: for getting your IM1 visa stamped you don't need POF. But for landing you definitely need it at Toronto airport.

Hello Guys...

I don't know what is going on with Buffalo!!!!!!!!!!

Many people from Feb 2010 had already got their VISA, and i am very happy for that.

But for those after mid April 2010, they had not got MR yet. Not even real IN Process.

Lets hope for the best. God Bless us all.

It's very simple dear, Buffalo wants to increment their timeline for next quarter as usual and will process our cases either in 27 or 29 months. As you know currently time line is 25 months . I am also April 2010 applicant.
I have one quick question for you, on which date you firstly mailed your file for CIO NS?

To all March/April/May and June applicants: in my case everything (including the status change, medicals, and ppr) happened in a single month. So hopefully, the same happens for the rest of you guys.

one my close friend is cityzen of canada , one of my family member is pr of canada but he is the cityzen of india .
so who can go and collect my visa

every one can get your passport stamped. he/she just need your authorization letter. the only thing they need is to be eligible to enter the united state.

I am also curious about reason? Who knows? They always do something inapprehensible. Hopefully, that is just because that they haven't finished the earlier applications.
