From my observation, e case disappearing seems to be a good sigh because it comes back with updated information. Nothing happens to my ecase for a long time.

Hi,

I also had Medicals received as the last line last week but my eCas has disappeared as well.
I called CIC and asked for explanations, they said they are having problems with their online systems and their webadmins are working on this.
The agent confirmed that my medicals are received and she said to wait until the files get to Ottawa and call back again if I have any concerns.

Hope this mess and wait will be over soon...

Document Submission - Feb 2010
2nd AOR - Mar 2010
Processing start - Jan 2012
Med Req - Feb 2012
Med Done - Mar 2012 with updated documents of my new born and landing fees

Since then no updation.. when should I expect my new born's med?

Someone posted the address on the preceding few pages. You could refer to that. You also could write to the Ottawa. I guess they would reply the address to you.

After you sent document, they will send you within one months. As they did send documnet for my new born recently
