First of all Congratulation to you Jeevan and all of the best outcomes to you in Canada!
I think this is a great lesson for all of us, Jeevan's situation and his comments throughout the time of his wait were pessimistic and almost hopeless which probably made a lot of other users here depressed and worried about their future with Canadian immigration. So, my fellow forum users out there waiting for your applications please be optimistic, hopeful and positive about your future hence the good results and maple leaf is on its way for all of us if God is willing! And please think twice before pouring oyur anger and frustration into the forum because it effects others too!

i just got capis according that , everything thing till is fine and my next b'fd date was 03/01/2013
but i did not get any response its 08/01/2013 now

Candian immigration system is worse than any other indian goverment sector
Indian goverment atleast they listen you and they will do work by bribe or approch but here canadain immigration system they are imposiable , they never listen you or never reply you and moreover keep going for false promise
really feeling so sad these days on my situation , why i chose canada than australia
Aus has far better system than canada
Almost most 3 year now after appling in N.S and more than 14 months after medical , still no response
more over on my capise medical expire date is still same in Nov 2012

So actually your date maybe 1st march 2013 and not Jan 3rd 2013?

Please verify that.

In US. date format is M/D/Y.So your BF'D is definitely not in Jan.It's looks like next date is going to be crucial for you.If they have all documents with them and your medicals are fine then you should expect good news in March.

i do not think so
they asked last time document from me in oct and all documents reached their in oct 2013
than they asked my cell no in nov 2013 , i sent them all information to ottawa , according to my capis all documents reached to ottawa in end of oct 2012 , all police clerence done and they did my rcmp check in oct . but still no response
i think are nt working still holiday keep going
