Buffalo VO Applicants Who Got Their Medicals Done From March 2011 Onwards

I didn't get tracking number from the doctor & my e:cas has'nt been changed yet since March 2011.

I contacted the Doctor & got the FedEx tracking Number for my MR.It was mailed out on May

27th from USA & got to Ottawa on May 31st & my e:cas still shows " In Process " so no news for me

yet.

What does your E:Cas shows if u have checked lately ?

I check 24/7 and it still shows in process from march 3rd. They received my medicals on April 19th and no news.. Its too long..Do you know how long it takes for Buffalo's applicants to receive their PPR?

It varies from one applicant to another so nothing can be predicted @ this stage since after

recieving ones Medical Results the VO starts working on ones Background checks which could take

anywhere from a month to a year or so, so theres no timeline for it.

So just be Patient & hopefully u will get ur PPR pretty soon. All the Best & don't forget to update us when

u get ur PPR.

I just got this response from Buffalo about my case:


Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

@X-Brklynite ... replying to an old question (how i found out the date of my Meds reaching Ottawa):

I called my DMP a couple weeks after my meds and they gave me DHL tracking # ... i checked it on DHL and it said "item was delivered on June 13" ...


other than that ... yes our timelines are similar ... i'm anxiously waiting for PPR ... on Sep 13, it's going to be exactly 3 months of my security clearance, then I plan to make a case specific inquiry

Thanks for replying & i called my DMP last week & got the tracking number & my

medical reached ottawa on May 31st.I will wait till the end of October to recieve my PPR & hopefully i'll get

it earlier than that & incase i don't then i'll Order Caips instead of contacting Buffalo VO coz in my opinion

contacting VO won't be any help.

The wait really sux!!!! I need them to send it within the next 2 weeks!!! the wait is usually 5 months for buffalo I think.

God knows how much wait we will have to do but i suggest u to go ahead & enroll yourself for Fall

Semester just to be on the safe side & don't let this whole " Wait " thing get to ur head coz it can really

break u down emotionally & physically. I know its very easy to say than to experience oneself but what

can we do other than wait patiently.

I pray to Allah Almighty that u get ur PPR before the end of August.(Amen)
