So actually they could be working on the full process and we could be seeing faster approvals who knows....

True, for successful appeals:

"Effective immediately, the processing of a Family Class (FC) Application for Permanent Residence (APR) will resume at the CPP-O following the Immigration Appeal Division’s (IAD’s) decision to allow an appeal from a sponsor.

There haven't been announcements yet for how files will be distributed given Buffalo's closing (publicly). A Bulletin is likely forthcoming - the CBC and Globe and Mail articles indicated CIC would be making the announcements this week.

Yep and it would make sense that they will be doing low security risk in ottawa and sending out the higher security risk to VO's this could be interesting...

Apparently, they will send the ones in process to CPC-O? It's not clear what they will do with the new submissions.
