BUFFALO Transfer Files To Other Visa Office In US

I am new to this Forum:

Category - sw3
1) 21 Dec 09-Initial application to CIO
2) 15 Feb 10 - CIO AOR
3) 05 Oct 2011 - File transferred to Detroit
4) 14 Oct 2011 - reviewed and we started processing
I Received my MR on 4 - Nov - 2011

Along with my medicals they asked me to send the documents mentioned in the check list.

1. Updated verifiable letter of reference from current employer detailing your dates of employment, hours worked per week, remuneration paid and duties and responsibilities and evidence that you have been offered indeterminate employment - (This I don't have. but submitted when I applied my application. Now I changed my company and moved to India)
2. Evidence of paid work experience in the form of T-4 statements and Revenue Canada Notice of Assessment statements for 2009 and 2010 and individual pay statements for January 2011 to present.
( Yes I have these )
3. Evidence of funds for settlement in the form of all bank account statements for you and your spouse for the past twelve months – I need to show Canada statements or Indian bank statements ?

Please help on these

If your category is FSW3, i wonder why the VO is asking for AEO!

I believe someone called optimistic7 got his/her MR request on October 4, 2011. You can look it up on trackitt.

Finally, I have got my medical request today from detroit visa office. Visa interview is waived. Also asked to submit RPRF fee in advance. Any tips for a faster submission for medical request in 30 days.

My file got transferred to ny VO on 19th oct. And they started reviewing on 28th oct. But still I am waiting for MR?

Anybody has idea how long it gonna take?

Seems like something in New York State waters .Now other Satellite VO's are getting Medical REquests,except NY

In my application they did tick mark on the visa interview waived, and on submit RPRF fee. so i have to submit only MR only.
