Hi my application was received by buffalo may 2011. I'm from LA so I don't know if they will transfr it here. O well good luck to all.

Finally, little sign of relief.
I just received an email from buffalo visa office stating my file is transferred to the NY VO.

Hope to see some movement soon..

Good luck all, don't lose hope as buffalo VO is really working hard to clear backlog.

-PEACE

Yes, thats very true ! they seem to be working hard to keep up the reputation.

Once Buffalo was the fastest immigration processing centre and due to back-log lost its reputation and became the slowest for a while !

Hope to get the MR's soon !

Good luck guys ! I think this thread has people with close timelines !

First week of Jan. 2010

Hi folks,
I just want to keep in touch. My e case updated and showed that my file was transferred to NY. I found in other threats that you can do the medicals in advance and I think to do so but I am looking for the forms as I tried to find them on the cic website but cannot find them for SKILLED WORKER class.
While going through different profiles in this forum I found a guy that got the medicals request only two weeks after his file transfer from Buffalo, so that may bring some confident to your hearts.
Thanks,
Ali

Hi Ali, My understanding is if your case has already in IN PROCESS and then file transfered. Then you can go ahead for medical. But if it has not reviewed yet then wait for some time. Any way those did medical in Advance they have received RPRF they did not get the PP request with RPRF. this shows that they will take their time.
