BUFFALO Transfer Files To Other Visa Office In US

Hey guys,

I have noticed a lot of people get the "Your file was transferred to the XXXXXX office" twice with different dates. Is the second date when you received the email from Buffalo notifying you of the transfer?

True, many file transfered in different visa offices, mostly after november 2010 still buffalo transfering more files to different US VO's (Like NY, LA, SEA, Detroit).

The CAIPS notes I received last month said the BFD for PPS would be February 1 2012. Anyone have any idea how long until something else happens with my file, ie more documents requested, Passport request, etc?
