BUFFALO Transfer Files To Other Visa Office In US

Hi there, I am new to this forum. Thanks for the updates you guys have been postings.

How do i know if my file has been transferred or not. When i log in into my account i don't see my contact address ( i saw that a few days ago). does this mean my file got transferred.

Please let me know. Also please let me know how long is it taking to receive PR after medicals. My medicals have been submitted to the ottawa office on November 28th 2011.

you will heard by your VO soon, if all documents are good enough than Medical request otherwise additional documents request. dont worry this status means you qualified at VO level too and your VO awarded 67 or more points.

My file also got transferred to Detroit VO on Nov 8th, we are on the same boat. Not sure if we need to do PCC / FBI again. Mine is also a year old now and may not be valid anymore

So is mine, Nov 8th at Detroit VO. I also got ecas notice that VO is done with review and started processing on Dec 21. How about you guys?

Let me know if you hear anything new. I heard that Detroit is the fastest among all VOs in US.

My Question now is ,Would I get the refund of my Application what I paid before .

In most cases "decision made" before "started processing" means rejection, although I sincerely hope that it isn't true in your case and you hear smth good from the VO soon.

Wow, that was fast. Yes, you should definitely get the refund. It may take a little while though, because the refund check is sent directly from Canada in CAD.
