As the table is getting bigger and bigger, it is hard to get information from the table. I have created a spreedsheet using google Docs to include everyone's information from the table. I think it is handy to use the spreedsheet as you can filter by dates or VO. I shared it so anybody can go in and do changes if required. The link for it is attached:

It seems to be a good sign if your file is transferred to satellite VOs? I see some of the names for whom the medical req was sent within 2 months of file transfer.
