My E-CAS looks exactly like yours, Ianied. Basicaly the same information as before but instead the "Buffalo Office" now it says "Detroit Office". And of course the status changed from "Received by the visa office" to "In process". Here is what it looks like:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 25, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 9, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Detroit office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Detroit office on April 14, 2010. The Detroit office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Detroit office on October 26, 2011. The Detroit office may contact you.

Well hopefully we'll have some good news soon then!

I hope so too. It has been a year without any progress and to be honest, i almost gave up on the idea that my application will ever get accepted. But this is such a nice surprise! I hope the medical request will follow in a couple of weeks.

Moein, Does this apply to Detroit as well?

My file was transferred to Detroit a few weeks ago !

hopefully this wont affect satellite offices processing time.

hopeful...........

Detroit office has been pretty fast in processing. Right after files being transferred to Detroit (in 2-3 weeks), several people has got their MR!

All we can do is wait and see I guess!

Hi
I think the new processing time applies to all visa office in US. The buffalo visa office put the processing time of other visa offices as its record, because other visa offices in US are processing the permanent residency application directly.
