Buffalo to Ottowa file transfer timeline! Please share.

Hi everyone,

I heard that the ottowa office has alot of files so they are slowing down the process. The ottowa office recived my medicals on april 30 but i still haven't got my PPR please share and tell me how long it will take for my passport request! I tried to email them but they replied and said that they " are not able to give any status update due to the work load and file transfer from buffalo" please help me because my visa for US will expire in 1 month.

They may start sending the PR by August. It says do not contact Ottawa before 60 days. Yet, you can still email them and tell them about your expiration status and get their advice

ithought medical expires in 5 months? so the longest time the visa officecan take is 5 months for ppr? so why havent you guys got ppr yet?
