received passport today, so quick, they just arrived ottawa on tuesday,22 and today (thursday 24) I received them. So happy.

So far what i have seen is that the time gap between medical and PPR is about 5 months.

Did anyone receive PPR sooner than 4-5 months?

Thanks for your reply buddy. It's very difficult to wait, I hate waiting. I don't know why they sleep over our application for so long.

I received mine in 5 weeks after my medicals.

I've done my medical end of July2013 and I got my PPR 22Apr2014 (~9 months after)

Here my time profile as reference

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 28, 2011.
2. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 27, 2011
3. Medical results have been received (no date for this update, but as I mentioned above it was done end of July2013).
4. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 1, 2013.
