I would wonder if they'd agree to it, probably would be xpresspost or something like that so you could track it. I know in the PPR request they did say if we sent anything other than xpresspost or a prepaid shipping label then it would still send it regular mail. I could not order the prepaid shipping label via the link that was sent in the PPR email, but I remember reading that someone was able to do it. Since I live close to the border I just drove over and purchased a xpresspost from the post office. Any update or are you still waiting it out before they reissue?

Hello again Wolvy:

No I have no updates. They told me not to contact them and be patient. Here is a funny thing, if I had not checked ECAS I would not have known I am Decision Made. Since they don't tell visa exempt applicants anything, just send their COPR, I could have gone waiting and my COPR could have expired. Some arrangement they have...

Now they have told me not to contact and be patient. How would they know if I have received it or not by the time my COPR expires in 3 months... Never ending frustrations I suppose. I plan to contact them soon. It will be 2 months since they sent the COPR.

Is there anyway you can send me the link they provided in the email to get a prepaid shipping label? If not does anyone know the link to get an xpresspost label, it was on Amazon I believe. I remember the link was posted here some time ago.

Many thanks for your assistance,
Cam

Hello,
In my case, I applied for GCMS and in the officer's note section, where the officer had reviewed my file, there was a sentence saying "Interview waved".

Shinbukan, thank you!

Hello,

Does anyone know, if you do your medical by e-medical, how long will it take for CIC to receive it?

Thank you.

Congrats. I can imagine how you feel!!!!

For those who did not get medical results received lines and get no reply or official reply from CIC after finishing ME long time, please order your GCMS and try to change your VO right away!!!! Usually, there will be more than one VO handling your case and when you case got stuck, it is most probably that you met the bad VO. So please try to contact the other VO whom you can find in Your GCMS file in order to avoid further delay of your case.

Take my friend case as an example.
He(My friend) got replies from good VO and bad VO respectively when he asked why the medical was not received after he had waited 6 months.

This is from good VO.

"I'll do a follow up with the medical section and will contact you as soon as I get an update.

Thank you!''--------from the good VO.

This is from bad VO.

"Good morning dear xxx
This is in response to your email.
Please note:
It may take several weeks or months to our heath branch to record and update the medical results . An exact review schedule is not available. However, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received.

Regards"

Well it depends on when the doctor's office receives the test results and how fast they are in preparing and sending the report to CIC. The other thing is, CIC does not immediately update your ECAS when they receive the results. It usually takes sometime from when they receive MR until you can see " Medical results have been received" line in your ECAS.
In my case it took about 45 days from the day I did my medical till the line was added to my ECAS.
I would recommend contacting the doctor's office and following up to make sure they have sent the results to CIC.
