Hi guys
Does the landing take place in same province where you intend to live? I am employed in USA and going to a conference in Saskatchewan canada for couple of days, can I also use this visit as landing since I will give my address in BC.

Thanks
DI

Yes, not a problem at all.

The VO worked in the weekend again, in my ecase it changed to:
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.\
Thank you very much for JJ-C. Finally it is my turn, and I hope everybody here will get their PPR soon.

Yeah it is a great feeling of relief when one sees the PPR. It is even more comforting when you get your COPR and eventually land. I wish the remaining guys on this forum get their PPR soon.

Just received an e-mail requesting passport!!!

I am a US citizen and my husband is a US permanent resident; we are currently residing in the US. I have a few questions and need your answer/expertise/confirmation:
1. I will only send a copy of my US passport.
2. We will send my husband's original passport from a non-exempt country.
3. We can send the documents to one of the address provided; it is a PO Box and the other one is Laurier Ave address, both in Ottawa.
4. Can I use Fedex to send all documents and send them a return envelope with my US address?

I appreciate your response,
Vidabuena

Hi Vidabuena,
Did CIC explicitly state that as your US citizen there was no need to send your passport, I am asking this question because my son is a US Citizen and I am worried whether to send his passport or not, appreciate any reply from you

Thanks

Hi,

My Ecas changed from in process to DM after medicals but without PPR

Anyone else in a similar situation? I'm a bit worried.

Please let me know

Regards.

All members included in the application have to send their passport regardless of whether they require a visa stamp on their passport. You will be receiving specific instructions to that effect from CIC when time comes.

Did you have that medical results have been received in your Ecas? If you have then, no worry, you will get your passport request soon.

Hi Friends,

I have a question:

After medical line appears in ECAS, will the next status be "Decision Made" or I will get PPR first and then "Decision Made"

Thanks

Hello Mani,

Can you let us know what your ecas status is currently? Many forum members have got PPR before DM.

My status has changed to DM without PPR.I am awaiting PPR
