Also my spouse and daughter had undergone medicals for visitors visa 6 months back. I had their IME number. So do they need to undergo new medicals again or should I provide the IME number to CPP ottawa. Let me know. Thanks once again

Medicals are valid for one year!

Send them. If they don't find use for them, they can them on the wall or at worst throw them in the garbage. At least you won't have to send them if they needed them.
