Hi guys,

how long does it take to get ppr request after submitting fbi certificates. My status is not changed online after they received my fbi on 27th jan, about 10 days ago. All other documents, Medicals and rprf was already submitted in dec.

The Canadian visa office in New York will communicate with you via e-mail. The email you receive will come from email addresses that end in “ @ international.gc.ca” or “ @ cic.gc.ca”. Please add these to the “safe senders” list in your email program. You should also check your junk mail folder in your email program and/or in your email website in case important emails get filtered into this folder.

Please note that the visa office in New York cannot respond to case status enquiries at this time. We ask you to be patient and wait until that office contacts you within the next two months. Your patience will permit the visa office to begin work on you

Well, not so much is happening really. Although I got doc request on Monday which I already sent. I also noticed that my "medical received" line was added to my ecas about an hour ago. Finger crossed for PPR.

Congratulations for the additional line. Despite the heavy snow in North America, somebody was brave enough to go to work to bring this encouraging positive news to your ecase. I Strongly believe that this month will bring lots of joy to many families that are dedicated and determined to make Canada their new destination. For those of us who can manage to fast, let's do so albeit once a month. For others, we can also go down on our knees and ask the unselfish 'King of Kings/Supreme Being to provide for us by opening our ways with unlimited blessing! Let the forum members say Amen! Amen!

1. RCMP fingerprints for myself.

2. To update your physical description,please provide the eye color and height for yourself and all of your accompanying family members.

please submit the required documents to the following address;

My question is how to send this physical description ? shall i just type on a paper and send it or is there any form i need to fill?

Yeah it is a good news. I got request for updated scanned or photocopy of my passport with at least 6 months validity. The email came in at 7.22 am EST meaning it was sent from Ottawa at 9.22 am. Isn't that terrific?

I really don't know what next...guess PPR.

I would go to my family doctor to get it in form of a medical report. Otherwise, would submit it in a sworn format
