Hi Everybody,

I have sent most of the requested docs excepting FBI certificates to CIC after the e-mail I have received from CIC to send some updated documents. Also, I have the confirmation that was signed when the documents were received (they were received on 24th Jan, 2014). I have written a letter explaining why I was not able to submit FBI certificates. Since I have not received any reply from CIC regarding my documents and my deadline is nearing (Jan 31), do I have to write an e-mail explaining them why I haven't sent the FBI certificates or since I wrote a letter, shall I keep quiet and wait to hear from CIC?

How are waiting for PPR. Now don't no how long gonna take:
Long as bahar or short as Laky. Let see.

Since these cases are 'mutually exclusive', unique and independent, it is hard to estimate or predict the response that would be expected from CIC.

hi i highly recommend your explanation letter to Case analyst , as some crazy officers may take immediate decision as you didnt submit your required documents or else they may ask you the missed document in email but dont take any chance buddy go for the explanation letter and emil as welll

I honestly do not intend to live in Quebec and I cam here for a contract job not a permanent job.

There is a requirement you cannot apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program if you intend to reside in Quebec. I believe you need to convince CIC that this is not the case. Hopefully someone on this forum will be able to assist you on what to do. I would also call CIC to explain to them and ask if they will give you some tips.

I Sarat,
We have exact the same timeline. I was able to receive FBI c. On
Monday and send it on time. I did however sent prior a deadline extension
Email which of course they did not response.
I advice u to send them a email asking one month more time.
Bdw did u do ur Medicals if yes did they receive it. I made it on Dec 05
And still ecase not stating received.
