Congrates Man. :)

Would you please tell me who's your immigration agent and from which part of Canada are you located?
I have applied in same category and I had received medical request on 5th Nov 2013.
I have done my medical in Toronto on 14th Nov and then after I confirmed with medical office that they forwarded to cic on 23rd of Nov.

Thank you.

Hello There,

My case office was NK03487, And i live in Calgary. I have done my medical on 26 Nov, and today itself I got PPR. So I assume they updated medical this week.

Best of luck..I am very much sure that we all 2011 applicants will be PR in this coming year.

Thanks

Congrats...this update no doubt keeps hope alive...everyone thought CPP-Ottawa is already in the festive mode

Not at all.. The day I did my medical I stopped checking for any update I left everything on GOD. Within 2 week I received PPR request, I am still not believing that i got PPR..

Keep ur hope alive bro..We all didn't gave up for that long, and we almost all there.
So just be optimist and may god give strength to everyone to go through this phase.

Thanks

hi alex alex,, i am just wondering y did u get request for photos now,,, u didnt send with passport ?

It is a long story, CIC did a mistake in the document list that they requested. Also I am from visa exempt country, so I don't need to send the passport.

You know what Cam, a friend who got his medical at the same as I did, got his PR card and went home for a while, but I am stuck here in Canada, because I do not have a visa, it is expired and I applied for a new one which is not ready yet! While I am the one who really needs to be home, because something bad (a sever car crash) happened to my dad and I need to be beside him, he also needs me to be there, but you see I am just waiting for a damn visa........

Very sorry to hear that Bahar, I hope your father is OK and will soon be in good health. I understand how frustrating this procedure is. I literally gave up and went about my life and after 3 years they sent me med request.

I don't know why they take so long with our applications, there were people in 2010 that got their visa in 7 months! Why 3.5 years for me... and counting.

I hope your visa comes to you soon so you can go visit your family.
Best,
Cam
