Yes You can send from any where, if there is no restriction on passport (It is illegal in some countries like India, pak etc.,)

I hope this will help you buddy

Thanks

It is not possible to answer your question to satisfaction: However consider these:
1. No one knows when PPR will be sent to you. There is a time limit within which to send them and thus you will have to figure out if these deadline can be met while in your home country.
2. Once the visa is stamped in the passport(s), they will be returned to the address on file. How will you get them if you will be in your home country?
3. What if the PPR is sent, you mail them to the CIC office as requested, and for some reason, you need to travel back, how will you handle this situation?
4. It appears that you have the ability to travel back and forth to your home country; however, if this is not the case, then you might be stuck back home.
My advice: Stay until everything is complete!>>>> my opinion <<<

Really keeping my fingers crossed. It will be a great Christmas present!

Alwayspositive, you will get ppr this week.

Quick question: CIC has asked for updated IMM 0008 form, both for my wife (who is the primary applicant, FSW1) and me. Do I need to submit IMM0008-Dependent or IMM0008, same one as the primary applicant? If the latter, do I list myself as primary applicant and my kids as my dependent? Would appreciate if someone could clear this confusion for us. Thanks.

Hi All

I have applied under FSW2 in May 2011 and had received Medical and RPRF fee request in August 2013, I did Emedical test on August 21st and my doctor confirmed me that he has sent the results electronically on 28th August.

Since then I have not received any updates from CIC, also my ECAS status does not show "Medicals received"

I was diagnosed with Diabetes during my Immigration Medical test. doctor performed additional test for Creatine test for Kidney which was normal and nothing further was required

I am concerned if Diabetes will cause a problem? I have been waiting for Passport Request since August, it has been 3 months, I eamiles them 3 weeks ago and no response.

Can someone please help me with next steps? Is 3 months a normal waiting time?

Thanks in Advance

Just did mine on November 16, 2013 with the same condition. The doctor said he will call me in case of any problem. I haven't received any call; and I assume everything was fine. I will call them for further details and will inform you accordingly.

Hi Every one,
I need help. I did my medical on July 30th and my doctor sent the medical results on August 12 and medical received line added to my ECAS on September 12.
I also submitted my updated document on August 9.
Since then I am waiting for PPR.
Should I send CSE or wait. Also can I address the CSE to my case analyst or not.

thanks

What I did was: After a month of waiting I sent them 1 email asking "Please advice if you received my update documents sent on ....". And after 3-4 weeks they replied with yes, we received...

So, sure, send them an email asking if they received documents or not. In this case even if the documents get lost anywhere, they see on file your email that you actually sent everything.

hi Edmontonion204,

Good to see you again, did you ever send generic application form 2D, if not you need to send first in order for them to process your application and it is also depend on your documents and case analyst. So, in my opinion, you better to wait for some more days for document request.

Thank you

This is the Generic application form (IMM0008ENU), right? The email we received from CIC specifically indicated that only the principal applicant was to complete this form. Only the principal applicant completed schedule 3 (imm0008_3e) as well.

We both completed the IMM5669 (Schedule A) and the IMM5406 (Additional family information) formss
