Good news!!

Striking Diplomats/PAFSO Reach Tentative Agreement.
With the signing of the agreement, Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) has ordered an “immediate suspension” of strike and work-to-rule measures by its members.

I am really sorry for my ignorance.

BK 11, so happy for you. Did you ever remember that on the 8th of May, 2013 you did post this comment ''Hello 2011 applicants,

There are lots of good news coming out this day, some are getting medical, some PPR and for some processing is getting started. At last, Ottawa woke up after one year's rest. I hope we all get some news in another 3-4 months. It is a good sign that they are actually touching 2011 files now. Keep patience guys, our turn is soon now ''

You have got more than good news in that same 3-4 months. Congrats.

Just now my case status changed to decision made. I m so excited, and insha Allah this decision would be positive for me. This whole process is really a game of nerves. Waiting for their email.....stress relieved.

well said, If you could go ahead and do it.

Congratulations to those who have landed and those whose status has changed to decision made (Malisa, it is good news so no worries).

In a few days, will be 28 months old on the PR journey. Difficult to take certain important decisions while this thing is pending.
Document request in July still no medical, but hopefully there will be good news soon.
The next medical monsoon will have many of us receiving good news. We all need to continue remaining positive, that is what will keep us going.

I got copy of passport request today (I am from visa exempt country) and request for police certificate for spouse (although I am single).

They asked to send it to the address, but I emailed copies of passport pages. As far as I understand only police certificates (originals) are sent to the mailing address at the moment.

Should I send it my mail too? What do you think?

Also, when the person is form visa exempt country, is he/she receive documents to go to the border with through mail or email? Anyone knows/had personal experience?
