Hi Guys...here's something yo ponder....

"Never let go of hope. One day you will see that it all has finally come together. What you have always wished for has finally come to be. You will look back and laugh at what has passed and you will ask yourself... 'How did I get through all of that?"

Have a blessed and wonderful day!!!!

Hi Anthony, when did you send your passport? Have you received back it? My passport was received by Ottawa on September 19th. Do you know how long it can take? Is there any way to receive it by person from Ottawa office?

Hi. Mine was recieved last Sept 17 and im guessing i'll get it back next week. This is based on applicants who posted their timeline here 10 to 14 days or max of 20. You cant pick it up from Ottawa. Either you have a prepaid express mail envelope ( if you are living in canada ) included when you sent your pp or if none they will send it via regular mail. Don't worry too much. We are in the final stage. Be patient and it will come. Just enjoy each passing day.. :) ;D ;D

Received a response to our email today regarding medicals:

"Your file is still being reviewed, once the review is complete, the medicals will be sent along to you with any other information we require in order to complete the analysis of the file."

Any news is better than no news at all. The fact that they replied is even enough at this point.

Hello;
Did they ask for your CV and paying RPRF?
They did not ask for my CV, and I have already paid RPRF when I did my medicals. They asked for it then.

When did you apply?
How did you send the passport? Have you tried tracking it? Probably you should give it one more week and then email them.

alwayspositive, How long did they take to send a response?

bmtoronto,

It took 9 days.

Mailed it by Canada Post and tracking status shows that it was delivered on August20th/2013. They confirmed receiving it too after my email.
However, I forgot to note down the tracking number for the other envelope I sent along for them to send my passport back to me. Accoring to some of the blogs here, some applicants got theirs back when they sent it after or around the same time frame.
As u said that i should wait for a week and then email if no answer.
Thanks for your reply.
