Bahar - ECAS shows they received my medicals but I haven't heard anything since. It seems they aren't consistent with updating each individual's ECAS so I would not worry if I were you. Let's hope we get our PPR soon!

My ecas got change on 14th August both 3rd & 4th line added on same day, i receive my PPR on 12August, i have send my passport on 13th August received by ottawa on 16th Aug,2013

When I applied for immigration I was student in Canada (study permit), so I fell in the FSW1 category. Now I am working in Canada (Work permit). Do you mean that if I email CIC my job offer and employment certificate letter, CIC consider me in FSW2?
Whom are you referring them by saying "they" in your quote?

when they applied, they had no job offer, but after applying, they or their spouses got jobs. so Ottawa processed their cases same with FSW2.
