Hi, Guys, I submitted everything including, landing fee, medical last summer, currently, I am still waiting. Is there anyone who has the same situation ? And I plan to take CAIPS, any instruction ? Thanks

Today I have submitted my requested updated document via email but I haven't received any confirmation mail from Ottawa. I just wanted to ask to those who has submitted their updated document by email that is this normal or should I receive an acknowledgement email form CPPO.

I think this because I sent couple of emails to immigration minster and got one reply from his office that my application will be processed in 13 months after it was received at Ottawa office. This reply was received in early April 2013. At that time Ottawa processing time was 15 months. However my MP was informed by the CIC office that my application would be completed in early 2014.
I thinks this is just because of almighty Allah's will.

i think ottawa will ask your Passport this month

nice find but Ottawa has been transferring the cases just before requesting passports it happened to me and tons of other applicants
if you think you know something and it wont help others relax keep it to yourself don't know the enjoyment in making people feel bad
that user has been waiting since 2009, show your respect by keeping to yourself what others don't want to he

I have applied in dec 2009
I got medical and landing fees in nov 2011 and pcc request
than more request from buffalo in march 202
September same request from Ottawa after file transfer to Ottawa
December some more document requests
in march 2013 I got rejection without reason
I went for judicial review in may 2013
I won case , immigration ready for settlement in my case coz error was made visa officer
do I did settlement with them
my file again went to re determination to new visa officer
now Ottawa transferred my file to new York office on 15 july
I submit my new medical and landing fees and pcc from India agin to Ottawa on 21 july , Ottawa already did rcmp check and other security checks
do you have idea how long New York will take now
