Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member but have been following posts of this forum for a while.

I applied under FSW1 to buffalo on December 2010 and got the first AOR on March 2011. Since then, I have heard nothing about my file. I have contacted my MP multiple times since last August but they always tell me that my MR is coming soon. I have sent the GCMS form 3 weeks ago and waiting for the answer. Other than that, I don't really know what to do. It has been over 30 months since I applied and I see people here who applied much later than me getting MR and PPR.

I really appreciate it if you could give me suggestions.

Sorry that u have to wait this long, if u have a lawyer - he is the best person to help you out in this situation alongwith local MP - For me it seems like ur file is backloged....

pl keep close follow up with MP and hope so things work out for u

What is meant by dead line in GCMS notes. I see different dead lines in various NOTES in my GCMS.

They aren't dead lines, they are due dates - Timeline to complete a assigned acitivity for a dept.

I received my GCMS two weeks back. There are these due dates dated back in March 2013. They are in security check and criminality checks. I don't see any new notes and the ones with old due dates are still stating "not started". Is this normal in GCMS notes or am I missing something here.

EHSANTJF - almost all MI1 backlogs being cleared with Medical Requests all the way through April 2014
so bear patience - thins will fall in place .. Most of them receiving MR so keep an eye on emails daily,

MI1 backlogs clearance is the focus now so all should be good , pl wait for it

I got my GCMS few days back and nothing has changed on my file. Considering that CIC has promised to assess our file this year and with the speed that they are moving now, we shd at least get MR and RPRF this year.

Thanks for the info. What do you mean by "all the way through April 2014"?? Do you mean the application that were received by April 2011?
By the way, I am MI-2, FSW1 (Nov. 2010, without job offer)
