fsw2 demands that applicant stays with employer for which LMO was granted
you have no options but to withdraw your application and apply under CEC class
You can stay in Canada as long as visa is valid but cannot work
twice LMO rejectio is a no no - so dnt hope on this

these are rules and it hurts . still grass is greener for u and silver lining is to apply for CEC and relax in home country till u get PR

If u need further help or any query - u r welcome to ask

- as a last resort - u can approach a cic authorized lawer to consider ur case under CEC however u must provide sufficient reasoning on why u didnt inform cic on these changes (loss of job etc)

dont forget HRSDC -CIC - systems are interlinked - this is also reason why LMO was refused..

Thanks for your supportive and quick reply. I have already applied for CEC in April 2013, coz i was not sure about the processing of FSW2. I hope everything gets fine. I ll send all the forms as asked by CIC. Rest upto them.

Hello all,

Finally, we got our PPR today :). Best wishes for all of you out there. I don't want to say it will be soon, but believe me it will come. It took me 40 long months :(. Unbelievable...but it paid !! :)

Thank you. I paid RPRF in April 2012. I had to strugle a lot, my medica too expired. But finally they extended them and today the end was over.

Same senario.
FSW2 (AEO)
current status : student
working part time at Gas Station.
AEO was approved 2 yrd ago. The job is still open when I contact the employer. The employer need fulltime employees thats why I am not working for the company.
What do you suggest.

Hi, when did you apply for your case? did you get any update on your file?

fsw2 considers applicants on PGWP only which can be either cwp or owp

u have to be on pgwp and acquire job offer or continue with the given offer and apply for pr

as of now - file moves no where or returns

this is how much I know

I got the request to update my application as well. Medical Request should follow soon.

Now then, about Police/Background/Security checks, it's not been mentioned a lot in this thread. Is it still applicable for FSW-2 applicants already living in Canada?
